Brooklyn Films, a 32 year old entertainment and technology company, has produced several films, television series, dozens of music videos and muti-camera HD concerts. A pioneer in the use of non-linear editing technology, Brooklyn Films founded Post Digital, NY in 1989. Post Digital handled a huge roster of post productions services including emmy-nominated editing assignments, dvd/blu-ray authoring and computer-based graphics and animation services.
In 2009 Brooklyn Films created the Williamsburg International Film Festival, also known as WILLiFEST, a film-focused festival with additional events now in its tenth season.
In 2015 the company co-founded a tech start up, Crowdzu.com, a crowdsourcing marketplace where creatives and entrepreneurs can buy and sell creative services and digital assets as well as raise funds.
More recently, Brooklyn Films has been focusing on streaming and HD capture services for live events and responsive web design for corporate and non-profit clients. With success on the web design side, 2016 brought the launch of Brooklyn Design.Studio. a new division devoted towards high-end, responsive web design and related services.
